1. Introduction

Welcome to FaceTripler. These Community Guidelines explain the standards we expect everyone to follow while using our website, mobile application and services.

FaceTripler allows users to create profiles, pages and channels, publish posts, share photos and videos, interact with others and participate in a social community.

3. Hate Speech and Discrimination

FaceTripler does not allow content that promotes hatred, dehumanization or violence against people based on protected or sensitive characteristics.

Prohibited content includes:

• Slurs or abusive attacks targeting people because of their identity.
• Content promoting discrimination, exclusion or violence against a group.
• Threats or calls for harm against individuals or communities.
• Content that celebrates or encourages violence against a targeted group.

Educational, documentary, news reporting and counterspeech content may be assessed in context.

4. Nudity and Sexual Content

Users must not upload, publish or distribute prohibited sexually explicit content on FaceTripler.

• Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
• Non-consensual intimate images or videos are not allowed.
• Sexual exploitation, coercion or trafficking-related content is prohibited.
• Pornographic or explicitly sexual material may be removed.
• Sexually suggestive content involving minors is not permitted.

Legitimate educational, medical, artistic or awareness content may be reviewed according to its context and applicable policies.

5. Violence and Dangerous Activities

Do not use FaceTripler to threaten people, promote serious violence or encourage dangerous activities that could cause harm.

• Threats to kill, injure or physically harm another person.
• Graphic violent content intended primarily to shock or glorify suffering.
• Instructions or encouragement for committing violent crimes.
• Content encouraging suicide, self-harm or harm to others.
• Promotion of criminal activities or dangerous challenges likely to cause serious injury.

Newsworthy, educational and awareness content may be evaluated in context.

6. Child Safety

FaceTripler is committed to protecting children from abuse, exploitation and inappropriate content.

• Never upload or share child sexual abuse material.
• Do not groom, exploit or solicit minors for sexual purposes.
• Do not use the platform to facilitate child trafficking or abuse.
• Do not expose children to inappropriate sexual content or exploitation.

Serious child-safety violations may result in immediate account restrictions, permanent termination and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

7. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy and safety of other users. Do not share personal information without a lawful basis or appropriate authorization.

• Home addresses, private phone numbers or personal email addresses.
• Passwords, authentication codes or financial account details.
• Private documents or confidential personal records.
• Another person's live location or identifying information when sharing it could put them at risk.

Do not impersonate another person to obtain private information or deceive other users.

8. Spam, Fake Engagement and Scams

FaceTripler aims to maintain authentic interactions. The following activities are prohibited:

• Repeatedly posting the same or substantially similar content to manipulate visibility.
• Using bots, scripts or fake accounts to generate artificial likes, views, follows or comments.
• Buying or selling fake engagement or using engagement manipulation services.
• Sending unsolicited promotional messages or excessive repetitive comments.
• Running phishing schemes, fraudulent giveaways or deceptive investment and payment schemes.
• Misleading users into clicking links, sharing credentials or sending money.

9. Authenticity and Impersonation

Users must represent themselves and their activities honestly.

• Do not impersonate another individual, business, public figure or organization.
• Do not create misleading profiles, pages or channels intended to deceive.
• Do not use another person's identity, photographs or branding to falsely suggest an official association.
• Do not misrepresent sponsorships, endorsements, qualifications or affiliations.
• Do not use manipulated media to facilitate fraud, harassment or harmful deception.

Fan, parody, commentary and clearly identified fictional accounts may be permitted when they do not mislead users or violate other rules.

10. Intellectual Property and Copyright

Only upload content that you created, own or have permission or another lawful basis to use.

• Do not publish copyrighted videos, music, photographs or artwork without the necessary rights.
• Do not copy another creator's content and falsely claim it as your own.
• Do not misuse trademarks, logos or branding in a misleading way.
• Do not remove attribution or ownership information to conceal unauthorized use.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, contact FaceTripler with the relevant content details and supporting information. Content may be restricted or removed after review.

11. Illegal and Regulated Activities

You must not use FaceTripler to facilitate, promote or conduct unlawful activities.

• Fraud, phishing, identity theft or financial scams.
• Selling illegal drugs, prohibited goods or unlawfully obtained items.
• Human trafficking, exploitation or organized criminal activity.
• Promoting terrorism or providing material support for violent extremist activities.
• Sharing instructions intended to facilitate serious illegal harm.

Content and activities will be assessed under applicable law and our platform policies.

12. Responsible Posting and Sharing

Think carefully before publishing content. Public posts, reels, images, videos and comments may be viewed, copied or shared by other people.

• Make sure your posts do not violate the rights or safety of others.
• Avoid misleading titles, thumbnails or descriptions intended to deceive.
• Do not share dangerous misinformation in ways that could cause serious harm.
• Do not upload malicious files or links designed to compromise devices or accounts.
• Use appropriate content warnings when available and relevant.

Users are responsible for the content they upload and the permissions required to share it.

13. Profiles, Pages and Channels

The same Community Guidelines apply to personal profiles, public pages and channels on FaceTripler.

• Keep profile, page and channel information accurate and not intentionally misleading.
• Do not use pages or channels to distribute prohibited content.
• Page and channel administrators should take reasonable steps to moderate their communities.
• Do not misuse administrative access to impersonate others or conduct unauthorized activities.

Administrators may be held responsible for violations connected with their accounts or management activities, depending on the circumstances.

14. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it through the reporting features available on FaceTripler or contact our support team.

When reporting content, provide accurate information and explain why you believe it violates our policies.

• Report abusive posts, comments, profiles, pages or channels.
• Report impersonation, scams and suspicious activity.
• Report threats, exploitation and child-safety concerns promptly.

Do not submit knowingly false or malicious reports to harass another user. Reports may be reviewed by FaceTripler before action is taken.

15. Moderation and Enforcement

FaceTripler may review reported content and take appropriate action when a violation is identified. Actions depend on the nature, severity and frequency of the violation.

Possible actions include:

• Removing or restricting access to violating content.

• Restricting certain account features.

FaceTripler may take immediate action for serious safety risks, illegal activity or severe violations. Enforcement decisions may consider context, available evidence and applicable legal requirements.

16. Appeals and Review Requests

If you believe that content was removed or your account was restricted by mistake, you may contact FaceTripler support and request a review where an appeal process is available.

Include your account details, the relevant content or decision and a clear explanation of why you believe the action should be reconsidered.

Appeals will be reviewed according to the applicable procedures and available information. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be reversed.

17. Protecting Your Account

Every user is responsible for helping keep their account secure.

• Use a strong, unique password where passwords are supported.
• Never share passwords or verification codes with others.
• Do not access another person's account without authorization.
• Report suspected unauthorized access or account compromise.
• Do not attempt to bypass platform restrictions or security systems.

18. Changes to These Guidelines

FaceTripler may update these Community Guidelines to reflect changes in our services, platform features, safety standards or applicable laws.

Updated guidelines will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of FaceTripler after changes take effect is subject to the updated guidelines, to the extent permitted by law.
